Being a DJ sounds like the coolest job. But there’s more to it than just playing music at a rave, as we found from the hard style duo act Paramercy, made up of ParaNoid and Swave Emercy, two out of the hardstyle veterans in Singapore. They have performed with popular Hardstyle event labels and organisers such as AfterDark Singapore, Hard Ascension Hardsoundz Nation. We speak to Paramercy about the business behind being DJs and what it is like to market and build up your brand and label, as individuals and as a dual act.
