Many people get excited by glamour and proximity to the rich and famous. But to be a celebrity assistant requires a lot of time commitment and hard work. We speak to Tracy Tam about breaking into the Hong Kong film industry and what it was like to be the personal assistant for Stephen Chow. She shares her takeaways from working for the movie icon, breaking the glass ceiling and why she chose to upskill herself by pursuing further education in the middle of a pandemic. 

Tracy Tam has more than ten years of experience working with movie studio executives, stakeholders and high-profile individuals in the arts and entertainment industries. She has recently moved to Singapore to pursue an MBA and is enjoying life as a student again! She is a huge fan of animations and loves all the projects by Pixar and Hayao Miyazaki.
